This Vietnamese Fair Trade Federation company employs over 45 disadvantaged women in Hanoi and offers workshops, training opportunities, flexibility for mothers as well as full medical insurance and pensions. All of the women are trained on the job and are encouraged to progress and learn new skills so they can be promoted.
